Day 57: Chicken Cacciatore

#8 again: This is actually #68 from Rachael Ray's 365: No Repeats cookbook. As much as I actually like her recipes, Rachael Ray has two strikes against her in my book.

1) She spells her name wrong (You're welcome Rachel).
2) She uses made-up words that I refuse to repeat in print.

This was a pretty hearty soup that was definitely tasty, but if you have the cookbook and want to try it out, the potatoes turned out a little too firm. I'll have to simmer it a lot longer next time or pre-cook the potatoes or something.

In other news, #58 is now one rainy, sad step closer to completion. Why do the Terps hate me so?
